Spark Laboratories was founded on a single observation: the most powerful cognitive tool in history was entering students’ hands without a framework, without structure, and without science behind its use. The Institute set out to build that science rigorously, empirically, and before broad deployment.

The Institute’s foundation draws from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where AI was never theoretical combined with 25+ years of advanced student engagement. That dual foundation shapes every method built here.

Empirically Tested in Real Classrooms
Every framework is developed and stress-tested in live school environments before release. The Institute’s first deployment, across 20 school campuses in California remains one of the first early AI behavioral programs in the country.

Spark doesn’t release until the science holds. Programs move from lab to pilot to beta to deployment only when empirical testing confirms the cognitive rewiring is working as designed.
