Student Data Privacy
Student data collected through any Institute program is used solely to support learning outcomes and program improvement. Data is never sold, and access is limited to authorized program staff and the student’s own school or district.
FERPA & COPPA Alignment
The Institute’s programs are designed to align with FERPA and COPPA requirements for student privacy in K–12 settings. District partners receive fulldocumentation of our data-handling practices as part of onboarding.
Content Safety
All program content, including AI interactions through Professor Atlas, isbuilt with age-appropriate guardrails and is reviewed for safety before release at every grade level.
